The Story from Riesa, Book Two of the Stories from the Circle series, follows the Caretakers Miles Dean and Oliver Crucias to the first world an Earthborn Caretaker visits on his or her Apprenticeship Journey: the world of Riesa.  As their Riesan selves, Miles and Oliver must manipulate destiny to prevent the Breakers on that world from achieving their ultimate goal, the extinction of life on Riesa and Earth by extension, since all worlds in the Great Circle are connected.  But the Breakers have found a way to impact the future with unparalleled precision, and there has never been a more destructive prospect in the history of the universe.
